Villamorva is a Victorian property, built 1865 and within 5 to 10 minutes walk of the beaches , theatre, galleries, restaurants and shops. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite. I renovated Villamorva to provide comfortable contemporary for guests in 2012. In the beginning of 2018 most of the house has been redecorated in calm and restful, contemporary colours, which I am sure you will enjoy. My home has a small front garden and is on the main road from St. Ives to Zennor. There is an oscillating fan in each room, although there is not air conditioning, so in this exceptionally hot weather the rooms may still feel warm. The South Room - a king size double room, en suite, bay window at the front of the house, with sea glimpses to St. Ives Bay. The Garden Room - a king size double room with en suite overlooking pots of plants and a view of a neighbours, lovely garden. This is the quieter of the rooms. The Top Room - a double room with larger en suite situated at the top of the house. The room is up 10 steeper stairs (Victorian standard) and typical of the quirky architecture found in St. Ives; with views over cottage roofs at the front of the house.
