VIVE Hotel is located in the vibrant seaside Town of Hastings, East Sussex. Ideally situated on Havelock Road just 0.2 miles from Hastings Main Line Train Station and surrounded by all of the Town Centre's amenities. The Times "Bricks & Mortar" supplement placed Hastings third in the UK's Top Ten Coolest Seaside Towns. Hastings is a Town bursting with life, with more Sunshine Hours than any other part of the UK! It's home to many excellent cafes, restaurants and bars, an award winning Pier which hosts a variety of events throughout the Summer months, the White Rock Theatre, OWENS - the UK's largest Indoor Adventure Play Park and Source Park - the World's largest underground Skatepark. Hastings historic Old Town is a popular tourist area due to its quirky shops, seafront arcades, fun fair, mini-golf and typical seaside attractions. The Old Town also boasts Museums & Art Galleries, Theatre, Vintage Cinema and many fantastic eateries and pubs. St Leonards-on-Sea has a very cool, edgy feel. With new businesses springing up along the popular Kings Road, London Road & Norman Road alongside lots of new people moving to the area for the beautiful architecture.
