Cosy 1 bed ground floor flat. Situated in residential street by Walthamstow Village. Close to all amenities. Local bars and restaurants, brand name shops and shopping centre, cinema and cafes. Major transport connections. 2 overhead train lines (18 mins to central london) Victoria line tube (14 mins to central london - open 24 7 at weekends) and bus terminus including night buses from central london 24 7, 7 days a week every 20 mins.
I want this space to be the best it can be. It is so important to me that guests are comfortable and can relax. I was so fortunate that one of my first guests had worked in hospitality. I was aware of many of the things they picked up on but they left a long list of things that needed doing. I kept it on me until I had ticked everything off. There is always something to repair, change or renew so I welcome the comments people leave and i'm always so impressed they take the time and have been so kind. I have lived in Walthamstow for 20 years, there's plenty to see and do but i do still love London and many of the things it has to offer. I have worked in the financial district since 1991 and I'm involved with the local authority as an active member of the Corporate Parenting Panel. It is both humbling and an honour. I live with my partner of nearly 20 years and we enjoy the cinema, theatre, galleries and exhibitions, cinema, dining out with friends or cooking for them at home. I'm working on a guide of Walthamstow but want to include some of the lesser known attractions in town as many of them free to visit, so watch this space. Should be ready early 2024.
Walthamstow Village is a pedestrianised area with great bars and restaurants, historical buildings and close to the William Morris Gallery
