This is an amazing property. The location is perfect, so close to busses, trams, restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great and met our needs. Beds were comfy and linen lovely. Emma was a wonderful stand in hostess for her Dad (I think she needs a pay rise 😂) We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable and warm apartment. Great shower, comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location on a quiet street but very close to great restaurants, cafes and shops. Lovely walk via Dean village and Leith Walkway to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

Richard the host met us with the keys and was flexible about check in and check out times. The location is perfect for the city, it's surrounded by restaurants and small convenience stores. The apartment was warm and well heated, we visited as the weather turned cold and Richard increased the central heating frequency to make sure we were warm. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the essentials, we only had to buy bread and milk, we did take tea/coffee, and there was some in the cupboard. The bathrooms were clean and the showers powerful and hot. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The shower and bath were amazing, plenty hot water. Really appreciated the fresh milk and snacks in the kitchen. Lovely helpful host and a friendly black cat made the stay for the children. Beautiful property, fantastic location, would definitely stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to castle and shops and restaurants. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Very clean. Welcoming host. Good washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend staying here. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous Apartment located in a great central location. Apartment has everything you could ask for including 2 bathrooms (one included a large soaking bath and the other a rain shower) and 2 toilets. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a large fridge/freezer. Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Sainsbury’s Local Supermarket was located within an easy 5 minute walk.

Everything. Lying and first bedroom very very large. Great washer and dryer and having the convenience of two showers and two toilets was great. So very close to everything and it was quite if a nighttime. Would highly recommend
