Fantastic location as it’s incredibly central, Nicky is a very approachable and helpful host and made sure everything was right and offered flexibility around check in/check out. The place is very clean, has modern fittings and is simplistically decorated to a high standard, all amenities/utilities you can think of are available. A really enjoyable and comfortable stay over New Year!

Oh, what a find. A really charming, exceptionally well appointed apartment in the heart of Brighton, near the station, a few supermarkets, the best pubs in town and all the things beautiful Brighton has to offer. A small shady patio to sit in the evenings. A beautiful kitchen with everything in it. We were very happy there.

Such a lovely place with the perfect location. Close to anywhere you need to go in Brighton, and no matter how much you walk when you want to return to the apartment it's only minutes away. Very clean and spacious and everything you need in an apartment is available. Thank you so much to Nicky and Gus for being so lovely and welcoming, we have enjoyed our stay :)
