Property information

The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with a seating area. The apartment is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light to compliment the stylish and modern decor. All guests are required to complete a pre-check in form before arrival. This includes providing identification and signing our rental agreement. Your card will be pre-authorised for the amount of 150GBP. The pre-authorisation hold will automatically be released after you have checked out and the property has been inspected and confirmed to be damage free. The check-in time is after 4 PM, and the check-out time is by 11 AM. Check-in using the key from the lockbox and return the key after Check-out. It is prohibited to invite any guests into the apartment, outside of the confirmed reservation. It is prohibited to smoke (marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, or any similar product generating smoke or vapor). It is prohibited to hold any parties, events or gatherings at the property. Between 10 PM and 10 AM, please be respectful of the neighbours and reduce the volume of your noise. A Ring Doorbell is installed at the premises for security and verification purposes. It is prohibited to tamper, remove or obstruct the view of the Ring Doorbell. A Minut noise monitoring & smoke detection device is installed in the premises for security purposes. It is prohibited to tamper, remove or obstruct the detection of the Minut.
