The property is situated in a very serene location within Lakeside Estate. Lakeside Estate is simply one o the best Estates with security patrols within estate for the security of the residents. There are cctv cameras recording 24/7 on the main street and all round the property. The property has automated gated with electric security fence for added security. There is a video intercom as well. Each room has its own ensuite. There is a modern fitted kitchen and a sizeable living area and dining area. There is a playground with artificial turf for the children to play.
There is the Marina Park for all the fun you can imagine in about 10 minutes drive away from the property. The Lakeside police station is also few minutes drive. The Kotoka International Airport is 45 minutes minutes drive away.
