This is a spacious double ensuite bedroom property with an additional guest washroom. Property has air conditioners in all the bedrooms plus the sitting room. The porch is screened so free of flies and mosquitoes. Rates are inclusive of WiFi and electricity but in the interest of health and safety and Fire prevention all appliances should be switched off when the property is left unattended. In particular all air conditioners should be switched off when the property is left unattended- management reserve the right to enter the property to switch off appliances and particularly the air conditioners if this rule is not followed. The communal compound has a swimming pool and on-site carpark
We have a great of experience in the hospitality sector and are passionate about giving our guest a great experience and value for money.
Our location is 100 metres from the Spintex Road which is a commercial hub with several amenities including, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, bars, taxi rank and bus stop Shopping malls- Junction mall, Ghana mall and Accra are some of the international standard malls within 10 to 20 minutes drive from our location. Beach resorts- Titanic, Coco, Lacuna and Labaldi beach resorts are 10 to 20 minutes drive away. Airport- we’re just 20 minutes from the Airport and similar travel time to the city centre.
