It's a beautifully furnished studio apartment in a mini gated community (Martsmith Court). Property comes with internet, electricity, water supply, fully furnished including personal hygene supplies and has a miniature pool for dipping in hot seasons. The unit is larger than the average size studio and due to its location it has natural air circulation and natural lighting. Martsmith has close proximity to shopping malls, gyms, yoga places and spas.

Its a safe and serene environment which is situated in the heart of Labone which is easy to locate. Very convenient for drivers and uber users
