Live like a Gambian in a lovely nice and quiet neighborhood, 100 meters from the highway...simple and comfortable, with a house help ... If you looking for a private, quiet and safe place this is for you. Cleaning is once a week and cleaning/do not disturb signs available for easy communication. Should you require, you can pay cleaner a small token for extra days cleaning, ironing, laundry. Brochure in house to help with useful contacts like taxi drivers... Your safety is number 1....Wifi tv channels and all modern facilities... electronic safe etc etc.... CCTV of compound and gate for extra security and back up power supply that kicks in automatically (Inverter batteries no noise) that can last for 8 hours if National grid goes off. Back up power will run fans, tv ,lights and some sockets. Microwave, fridge, A/c will not work with back up supply but be rest assured the fans will be doing the rounds......
Warm blooded and understanding, like to treat people good...Life is too short for drama...
The space Live like you are a citizen of the Gambia in a comfortable and accessible and not expensive...lots of cleaning wipes, disinfectants dettol used to clean common areas,toilet and wash bedsheets. Cleaning once a week but you can give cleaner small tip equivalent of USD 2 / GBP 1.50 in local currency for extra days cleaning. Ask for bedsheets should you need to change. Guest access All access in the compound,house help has his room separately . Interaction with .He will also help with all your movements and can also take you out or arrange safe and comfortable transport and guide for you. The neighbourhood Neighbourhood quiet and nice , you can walk freely at anytime of the day or night.... 2 minutes walk to the highways where you can get a taxi to Senegambia strip (lots of bars/ restaurants or stay in Brusbusi....walking distance to bars and restaurants and the Atlantic Ocean.
