It features a 🛌🏻 double bed and 🛌🏻 a single bed. 🏡 The 41sqm single bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is reachable by stairs. The bedroom features a 🛌🏻 double bed and 🛌🏻 single bed. The living room features a 🛌🏻 single bed that can be converted to a double. 🧳🔑 Self Check-in and Check-out It has a balcony with tables and chairs where you can enjoy the view to the ⛰️ Euboea mountains and relax. ❄️ Airconditioned, with a 🚿🚽 bathroom, 🖥️ smart tv, 📡 free wifi, ☕🍪 nespresso machine, ♨️ microwave, 🗄️ minifridge, ☕ electric kettle, 🍽️🍷tableware. A cozy and minimalist apartment, ideal for a 🏖️ vacation or a ✈️🧳 layover between flights. PLEASE NOTE: 🍽 The kitchenette does not have cooking facilities. 🧹 According to legislation, cleaning services are not provided, but can be arranged with an external service if the guest requires it. These are the house rules (you can also find these in the apartment's printed Info Sheet). • 🧳 ⇦ 🏡 Check-out time is at 11.00am. • 🚭 No smoking or vaping in the rooms (allowed on the balcony). • 🔇 Quiet hours are: from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • 🚽 Please do not throw paper, sanitary pads, or other objects in the toilet, use the little bin instead • 🛌 Accommodating more people than booked is not allowed. (50eur/night extra fee for each non-booked guest. For 1 guest bookings, 1 additional guest is allowed) • 📄 It is required from the Greek government that we declare the Passport or national ID number of the person that made the booking for EU travelers, for non-EU travelers the Passport number and for GR travelers the ΑΦΜ number.
