We enjoyed a lot this accommodation and it’s stuff. It is exactly as described in announcement. You have everything needed, it is clean, and the service is perfect. It is very close to the beach, to the free parking and to two very good restaurants. The owner was all the time very friendly and responsive. I recommend it 100%.

My name is Anastasia. I’m 23 years old and I have just graduated from the faculty of physiotherapy of ATEITH. The rooms I am providing for my guests are named after me . I love summer, and that’s why I do my best so that my guests have the most pleasant summertime stay in their vacation.

Property information

Anastasia-Rooms are named after me. It’s a family business that was started a long time ago, in 1992, by my grandfather. He firstly created those rooms in order to accommodate his friends from abroad. Later, the girls from my family took over, starting from my grandmother, then my mother, and for 5 years now myself. There are 6 rooms available, 4 of them are apartment-style (each of them has two rooms,their own kitchen, two bathrooms,fridge,closet,hair dryer,T.V,air-condition) and two of them are double-room style (each of them includes own kitchen,fridge,closet,T.V,air-condition,hair dryer).Just notice that the frying is forbidden inside the rooms. For this reason there is a big kitchen next to the BBQ area. The rooms are located in the famous beach Chrysi Akti. It’s just next to the Skala-Potamias promenade. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes and traditional stores nearby. Not to mention that the greek kaimaki (coffee) that guests can taste at the rooms’ terrace, under the shadow of the thick grapevine, is a relaxing experience that everyone seeks in their vocation.

Neighbourhood information

The rooms are located about 30 meters from the beach Chrysi Akti, which is a part of Chrysi Ammoudia sea coast. They are about 40 meters away from the charming traditional little harbor of the village, where also resides the famous convent TARSANAS. The promenade is 10 meters away from the rooms, providing a nice walk path, where someone can find among others Melistalakto, our store with traditional and biological goods (such as honey, greek olive oil, pasta and even artefacts)
