The hosts Kyriakos and Tini are amazing people who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your time in Paros. Kyriakos met us at the port just to make sure we got to the villa easily and safely and helped us all with our bags as well. The home is enormous and so beautiful. Gardens are spectacularly kept. Beds are very comfortable. The home is set in a beautiful quiet space where you can appreciate insane views of Parikia. Sunsets are magical here. Very close to town so easy to get around with a car. Highly recommend having a car for ease. Would 100% recommend and return for another stay when we can.

This is a beautiful property with lush gardens and a large swimming pool. The view of the Paros coast and Parikia is outstanding from the living room, dining area and outside patios. The 3 bdrm home is spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, cookware and so on. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendation for dining and activities on Paros. We will stay at Anne Marie again when we visit Paros.

The villa was large, well equipped, light and airy with high ceilings and would comfortably accommodate six people with its generous built in wardrobes, two bathrooms and spacious entertaining areas. It is set in large, immaculately kept and very prettily planted grounds with an electric gate at the entrance. The pool is huge and provides 180 degree views over the bay and the terraces are perfect to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. There are lots of places to relax indoors and out. The friendly and helpful owners not only sorted our car hire but kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and left us freshly baked bread and other delicious bakery treats every couple of days.

The Villa was very spacious and well furnished. The location is just what you need, close to Parikia (5’ by car) but also far away from Party trouble and the crowd. Situated on the hills above Parikia in a very nice spot with a huge garden and nice pool!

This villa exceeded our expectations! The villa and and grounds are much more beautiful and spacious in person and the entire place is full of positive energy. We had everything we needed and more. We were a group of 7 ladies and the owners took great care of us before and during our stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality. They were kind to come in to collect garbage and change our towels daily. The location is just enough of the main road for peace and privacy. Bevor man hier die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und auf den Sonnenuntergang lobt, auf die gute Lage außerhalb der Stadt, das große Gelände, der riesige Pool, die schöne Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung, müssen die Gastgeber erwähnt werden. Das nette Paar wohnt nebenan und ist hilfsbereit und super nett. Sie geben dem Ferienhaus den Komfort eines Hotels und den Charme eines Ferienhauses. Die Handtücher werden jeden Tag neu in die Schränke geräumt, doch man sieht die netten Nachbarn sonst nie. So ist das ganze toll organisiert. Man sitzt in der Wohnung schön und hat die Möglichkeit in der Stadt frischen Fisch und Fleisch zukaufen um selbst abends zu grillen.
