A place decorated personally with an artistic touch, some areas have been recently renovated, and with a veranda that will lure you in her arms, with furnished seaview balcony to relax and enjoy! Apartment which belongs to Menigos Resort and, it is one of about 170 homes, located on a ground level as semi-detached building, and there are shared facilities, common areas, steps, access paths in the beach and outside showers. Please be aware that our property is only a few steps away from the sandy beach of Glyfada, about 100 metres walking down and NOT 200 metres as Booking mistakenly describes in the description text. Διαμέρισμα το οποίο ανήκει στο συγκρότημα Μένιγγος και, είναι μεσοτοιχία με άλλο ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλοι επισκέπτες όπου θα χρησιμοποιούν τις κοινόχρηστες εγκαταστάσεις, κοινούς χώρους, σκαλιά, μονοπάτια πρόσβασης στην παραλία και εξωτερικές ντουζιέρες. Το διαμέρισμα απέχει περίπου 100 μέτρα ακολουθώντας τα μονοπάτια και τις εσωτερικές σκάλες προς την θάλασσα και ΌΧΙ 200 μέτρα όπως περιγράφει η Booking στο αρχικό της κείμενο. In the complex visitors can find a service center with a mini market available every day and a restaurant with bar and sea view.
