This enchanting Mediterranean villa is located in the nicest part of Rhodes, the charming island of Dodecanese. All place is a unique forest zone next to the crystal clean sea. The villa is 4 km away from the charming Gennadi village at the South-East coast of Rhodes and 5 km away from Lachania village with its traditional taverns and quiet beaches. This part of Rhodes is very picturesque - there are small wild forests, mountains, old villages and, of course, crystal clean sea and quiet beaches. The whole area is protected, as well as a beautiful deer of Rhodes Dama dama. Seashell Villa is a perfect place for holidays: big comfortable house, clean blue sea withing 2 minutes walk, quiet fine beach. The villa house is 60 m away from the sea. The big comfortable home consists of two upper levels, and is full of light, fresh air, fragrance of coniferous trees and wild herbs. The floors connected with staircase. Small evergreen forests, hills and mountains, charming old villages, ancient and medieval places of interest, plenty of entertainment options, delicious local cuisine and traditional Greek hospitality - the best of Rhodes and all Greece.
We are a Rhodian family who loves our island, our sea and we enjoy sharing our love to the place with our guests! The villa have two types of accommodation: 1. Three bedroom villa (3 bedrooms) 2. Superior villa (6 bedrooms) Our villa guarantees privacy to our guests, the villa can be rented to one group of guests only, regardless on which type of accommodation is chosen. No other guest can rent since you you have booked any accommodation option.
The nearest Mochito bar is 600m away from the villa and to get there our guests can use their car, or just walk there along the sea line. Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food is 4 km away from the villa. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station. Our guests can also visit Lahania village, a picturesque amazing place 5 km away from the villa. Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfers. Kiotari tourist centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is 10 km away from the Villa. There is a regular bus from Gennadi to Rhodes town, making stops at Lindos (world famous landmark of ancient and medieval heritage of the island), charming villages of Pefki, Lardos, Kalathos, and more.
