This property and the hosts are outstanding. The location and views are spectacular. The property is spacious, clean and very well appointed with quality furnishings. Our hosts were very responsive and went the extra mile with support. They prepared and presented the best breakfasts we have enjoyed in all of Europe with a great selection and perfectly cooked food. We loved every aspect of our stay and totally recommend this stay

The Birdhouse Private Luxury Suite is located southwest of Mykonos. It took its name by the area Pouli that means Bird in Greek. The location of the accommodation has a unique view of the bay of Agios Ioannis with the picturesque harbor and the small church of Saint John as well as the sacred island of Delos and many more Cycladic islands. The suite offers a King Size bed made of superior quality natural materials as well as a large bathroom with a double shower and bathtub with a view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, espresso machine, electric water kettle, large fridge-freezer as well as excellent quality and aesthetic tableware). Indoor there is also a 43 inches Smart TV, hair dryer, safety box and steam iron. We have selected for our guests high quality care products in regular size as well as robes and slippers for your comfort. In the outdoor area of the suite, you will enjoy the enchanting view by swimming in the infinity pool and relaxing on the comfortable sunbeds. There is a large portable BBQ, a dnining area for 6 to 8 people and also a lounge area where you can admire the unique Greek sunset.
The owner, Manolis Kousathanas is a Mykonian and lives with his family on the island all the year. Ηis dream was to create a place for couples who enjoy their privacy but at the same time can be a part of Mykonos, with its famous night life, unique beaches, internationally renowned restaurants and bars. As a true Mykonian, Manolis can provide you with informations about all the hidden treasures of the island as well as the history of Mykonos and Delos, the mythology and the characteristics that make the Birdhouse a unique place like no other. You can contact Manolis for any requirement such as transfer, car or bike rental, personal trainers, artistic photography, spa and massage services, guided tours on the island of Delos, boat rental for private beach tours, grocery service. Manolis is a true Mykonian. His a hospitable, kind and generous person who will make sure that his guests have a good time and love the place and Mykonos.
The birdhouse is built at the top of the Pouli hill at a height of 110 meters from the sea. It is in a unique position as it is higher than all the accommodations, houses and hotels in the area. In the area there are several villas and hotels within a few meters distance, but they do not have visual access to the birdhouse accommodation and this makes it particularly attractive to couples who want to enjoy a private vacation. 1 kilometer away you can find a football field, tennis courts and if you are a fan of sea sports Korfos beach offers organized kite lessons. In 1 kilometer there are also bakeries, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and souvenirs shops. The famous beach of Ornos is also 1 kilometer away with all the restaurants and beach bars. Saint John and Kapari beach are 2 kilometers away.
