Beautiful little house in a wonderful spot, close to the beach and the mountain too. Ioanna and George are very friendly, take care of you every days to make for you a beautiful trip. They give you a lot of advices for places to go in Andros, and Ioanna is a very good cook ! She cook traditional meals for you and learn you how to cook in Greece. So, a very beautiful place with dogs, cats and other animals, delicious vegetables all around the house, a quiet place to relax on your vacation !

Ioanna is an amazing host, she welcomed us with a lot of kindness. She remained available and friendly during the whole stay. Thank you! The location and view are stunning. The outside shower with a view on the valley made it unique. The room is composed of everything you need and even small details we didn't expect (little board games, sewing kit,...) We recommend Casa Di Patouria if you like to be around nature, kind people, and mountains.

Beautiful, cosy, clean. Really a dream getaway if you’re looking for a quiet, simple but cabin-chic stay near the Chora of Andros, just 10mins away by car in the quiet village of Stenies. The owners are lovely & welcoming, and their dog ‘Tromos’ is the cutest thing and makes you feel right at home. We were staying on the other side of the island and decided to stay here so that we can enjoy a night in Chora - great choice that we will repeat next year !

Η καλύβα που μείναμε ήταν υπέροχη και οι οικοδεσπότες έξοχοι! Η θέα ήταν μαγευτική και η πίσω αυλή με τις ξαπλώστρες ένα συν. Το Δωματιο ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο με παροχές αντάξιες ενός πολυτελούς ξενοδοχείου (οδοντόβουρτσες, σαμπουάν, νερά, αναψυκτικά κλπ). Ο σκυλάκος που έχουν ο Τρόμος (ενα μικρό κοκωνι) ήταν καταπληκτική παρέα τα πρωινά! Ένα ιδανικό κατάλυμα για να ηρεμήσεις!

Συστήνεται σε όσους ψάνουν ηρεμία και τους αρέσει να βρίσκονται κοντά στη φύση! Όπως φαινόταν και στις φωτογραφίες, πρόκειται για μία 'καλύβα' που περιλαμβάνει όλες τις ανέσεις. Τριγύρω έχει δέντρα και μποστάνια και η θέα στη θάλασσα είναι όντως φανταστική. Ίσως η πρόσβαση φανεί δύσκολη την πρώτη φορά, αλλά το συνηθίζεις καθώς πρόκειται μόνο για 5 λεπτά που είναι στενός ο δρόμος (μετά τον πύργο Μπίστη). Επίσης να προσθέσω πώς και τα παιδιά που το έχουν είναι πάρα πολύ φιλόξενα. Ενημερωτικά για όσους ενδιαφέρονται για πεζοπορία, ακριβώς δίπλα περνάει και το μονοπάτι 8/8α που συνδέει τη Χώρα της Άνδρου με τις Στενιές και τους καταρράκτες στα Αποίκια.
