Choose one of the luxurious holiday homes in the village of Paleochora and enjoy a breathtaking sunset right by the sea every evening. The two stone houses are located in the newly developed quarter at the harbour, only three minutes away from one of the longest and most beautiful sandy beaches in Greece. Thus directly in the village and yet outside the hustle and bustle. Each house offers two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (CoCo Mat) and two bathrooms with large showers, on two floors. The houses are sustainably supplied with photovoltaic electricity and have ceiling cooling or underfloor heating, depending on the season.
Christos Place is run by the Christos Vardoulakis family. Since 1993 they have been running the cafe "stoscolio" in the village of Anidri, a magnet for culinary delights for locals and tourists. They have been offering six stylishly furnished holiday homes in the mountains of Anidri for years. In 2023, they built two luxurious stone houses in the village of Paleochora, directly by the sea in the newly developing harbour.
Enjoy the benefits of the high standard stone-built houses right by the sea. Jog a few laps on the football pitch in the morning (free access) or walk to one of the three beaches nearby. You can cater for yourself or have breakfast or dinner in one of the many restaurants or tavernas. In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife or make yourself comfortable on the terrace. A car is not absolutely necessary.
