A spacious and welcoming house in the middle of a large garden, here you will have the opportunity to enjoy your holidays in peace under the trees. Renovated in 2023, it provides everything necessary for your carefree stay. - 10-minute walk from the beach and the kitesurfing center (via a small path) - 3-minute drive from the port of Punta that connects Paros with Antiparos - 3-minute drive from the mini market - 10-minutes drive from the airport It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen with a dining area, a large living room with a work area, one veranda with magnificent view and a dining area, a large garden with a seating area and a hammock. -1 double bed, 2 single beds & 1 sofa bed -Closets with large storage space - Flat screen 43" smart TV in the living room - Air-condition in the living room -Ceiling fans in the bedrooms - Fast WiFi - Parking
The village of Pounta is located on the west coast of Paros. Pounta is popular with surfers for its kite center. The kite center is located on the long, sandy and windy beach. The beach is about 500 meters away from the small port that connects Paros and Antiparos. It is a sparsely populated area suitable for enjoying your peaceful holidays in nature. You will need a car to get around the island, there is free parking at the house.
