My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Welcome to Delfini Villa, an exquisite 400m2 property crafted with meticulous attention to detail and built to the highest standards. Perched atop a privileged hill, this villa offers awe-inspiring panoramic views of the Cretan sea, the surrounding area, and the majestic mountains, providing an ideal vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets. While nestled in a secluded setting, Delfini Villa also benefits from its convenient proximity to all amenities, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable summer vacation within hand’s reach. Spanning across two floors, this luxurious haven comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in plush beds, with the flexibility to expand the capacity to 12 if needed, thanks to its thoughtfully designed 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The outdoor area provides a 55 m2 private swimming pool, Children’s pool, BBQ facilities, outdoor sitting and dining areas, Ping pong table and last but not least 100% privacy! -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located just next to the village “Atsipopoulo”, a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno city. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the villa is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away. Finally, the lively town of Rethymno, where you can find a big variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, all kinds of amenities, as well as a long organised sandy beach, is just a short drive away.
