This place truly felt like a little piece of paradise. The location is breathtaking, with a stunning garden and a tranquil atmosphere that made for a perfect escape. Host Ioanna was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and their lovely family dog added a heartwarming touch to the experience. One highlight was the gorgeous beach just a stone's throw away, complete with complimentary loungers and umbrellas. It was an absolute joy to unwind by the sea and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with an idyllic beach setting. We will definitely be coming back!

This little piece of paradise stole our hearts and we’d come back tomorrow if we could. The weather wasn’t great when we first arrived due to Storm Daniel but nothing could dampen the experience of staying in this charming property overlooking Vatsa Beach. When other beaches around were windy and people weren’t in the water because of the waves, Vatsa was calm and a perfect spot to chill out using the free sun beds and parasols provided for guests to use. The apartment was well equipped, had a very comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and the pergola was a lovely spot to watch the sunset before heading out to supper at Captain Nicholas, a popular family run restaurant a short walk away. Ioanna is a fabulous host and couldn’t have be more helpful during our stay. Her generous nature, good humour and love for the island certainly made our stay more enjoyable.

The apartment is positioned in a very quiet place, far from the street. The atmosphere was really relaxing with a beautiful view on the sunset and free access to the beach. The nice structure offered all the services we needed, as well the host was very kind and attentive to our needs, also a nice person to talk to. The cleaning service is a 10 as we never found the room dirty.

This location was incredible. I visited in late August and practically had the entire beach to myself! Ioanna was so kind and helpful. They have umbrellas and sunbeds for each guest to use on the beach and there are a couple tavernas within 5 minutes walking distance if you don’t want to cook while you’re in paradise! It was a great location from where I could explore other ‘famous’ (but busy and crowded) beaches on the peninsula in the mornings and then return to Dionisis in the afternoon knowing I’d have complete peace and quiet on the beach below the apartments where I could set up an umbrella and sunbed to watch the sunset. The bed in the apartment was very comfortable and each apartment has a ceiling fan and AC. There’s a nice sea breeze and a screen to the balcony, so I preferred to just use the ceiling fan so I could hear the waves crashing in the distance as I fell asleep at night. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Kefalonia again!

The location was just fantastic. We have never had an apartment with such a great view and such a beautiful and quiet location. The beach was right next to the apartment. There is also a beautiful garden on the grounds of the guest house that can be used. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available free of charge. Two very nice taverns are within a 5 minute walk. There is also a parking lot that can be used for free. Another highlight was the hostess Ioanna, who was very warm and caring. A really nice person who cares about making you feel at home.

The comfort of the room: it was spacious with a very comfortable bed and in addition to AC it had an excellent ceiling fan and mosquito nets for those who don't like to sleep with AC. The location is super quiet and right above a beautiful beach. A sun kit (umbrella + sunbeds) is offered to the guests free of charge. The warmth and kindness of the owner is a welcome plus! From the apartments it is a 5-minute walk to a traditional taverna with excellent food.

We spent here one week, the apartments are in perfect condition, excellently equipped, including a quiet fan and air conditioning. Perfect location, really a few meters from the sea, house with a beautiful shady garden. There were only a few people on the sandy beach in the bay and Joanna has a deck chair with a parasol for everyone. The location outside the hotel complexes with the possibility of walking into the beautiful countryside suited us perfectly. In addition, Joanna is very pleasant and willing to help with anything (for example, we didn't have a car, so Joanna willingly took us shopping to the store, which is about 8 km away). Thank you, considering that there is a direct flight from Prague and the transport from the airport to the place is not complicated at all, we will definitely come again. Lucie and Jan from Prague

Perfect place to rest and relax, either on the beach or in the beautiful garden. Very comfortable self contained room, with comfy bed and great shower. You are made to feel at home as soon as you arrive, Ioanna is the kindest host. 20 out of 10!!
