We tried to create a modern, relaxing environment for you. The combination of colours is based on that concept. We picked a selection of white chic IKEA furniture. In the Kitchen we tried to create a more vintage atmosphere. Every bedroom has its own sat tv. There is a wifi internet connection. There is also strong air conditioning although you will not necessarily need it. There is a private balcony with great sea view. There will be a bottle of wine and some local delicacies complimentary upon your arrival. Please contact me if you have any special needs, requests or enquiries. Unfortunately the building is not wheel chair accessible, however a baby stroller may easily be carried ten steps up.

This is a quiet neighbourhood at night. There will be some live music from a nearby restaurant in Saturday and Friday night up to 12 o'clock. There is a variety of restaurants and grocery stores in a walking distance (up to 3 mins walk). There is a public bus taking you to Ammolofoi beach or to Kavala. The bus stop is nearby. To get a taxi either you call for one or you walk for approx. 15mins to find one. What else you may find nearby: The most popular thing to do is to visit Ammolofoi beach, an area of sand dunes and blue water where you can relax on a sun bed and enjoy a drink or snack. There are some great beach bars in the area. If you want to get some rest you may enjoy the beach right in front of the apartment, putting minimum effort and getting maximum pleasure. If you have young children there is a very nice well organised playground downtown Nea Peramos. It is 15 -20mins walk or 5 mins drive. Nea Peramos is ideal for bicycles etc. Bring your own or rent one downtown. If you are an explorer type of traveler then you can walk up to Oisymi Castle. For ancient history lovers please don't miss the Filippi Archaeological site where Filippi Festival takes place.
