Evita’s Home is a contemporary property, located close to Platanias and a short drive from Rethymno town. Not to mention that Evita’s Home is situated in an absolutely private area with olive groves and also providing spectacular sea views. - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 1,50 per villa per night. Shopping facilities for your everyday need can be found in Platania, such as a bakery, an ATM machine, a petrol station, a pharmacy, as well as well stocked super markets. A short scenic drive through the olive groves will lead you to the historic village of Maroulas, which is built on top of a hill at an altitude of 240 meters and has been classified as a preserved and traditional heritage site of great cultural value. For this reason, the construction of new buildings should be carried out with the cooperation of the archaeological department.
