Fragiato is located at the outskirts of the city of Lefkada, in the historical Venetian olive grove, 1.3km away from the city center and 1.2 km away from the seaside. The beaches of Myloi and Agios Ioannis are just 10' away on foot and just 5' by car. Surrounded by a green garden with trees and grass, Fragiato is a newly built apartment on the ground floor. It has a spacious bedroom, a luxurious bathroom (with a washing machine), a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge, and a dishwasher), a dining area, and a cozy living room (with sleeper sofas). All areas have air-conditioning units, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room (smart), as well as in the bedroom. Our visitors have free parking on the premises, as well as access to the BBQ setup. The closest airport is Aktion (PVK), 22km away.
Fragiato's surrounding area has some well-known beaches, like Agios Ioannis (Blue Flag award), Myloi (famous for kite- and wind-surfing), Gyra, and Kastro, all of which feature crystal clear sapphire-blue waters. The city center of Lefkada is really close, as well as Lefkada's Marina, and the old Salt Flats park. The neighborhoods of the city center are full of taverns, bars, little churches, and museums. There you can also find the main pedestrian walkway of the historical center. The Venetian olive grove and the island's lagoon are also close by and they are suited for different kinds of alternative activities. Fragiato is less than 5' away from the central roads that get you to the world-famous beaches of Lefkada, such as Agios Nikitas, Kathisma, Porto Katsiki. These roads can also get you to Nydri, to Nikiana, and Vasiliki.
