Ideal for large groups ( can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best views the island has to offer. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 30euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.
