The owner Georges is really kind and always available to help us ! He even offer us a couple of time cake made by his wife ! The apprtement had a very good balcony ! The room is confortablea and it's not far from the beach and the pier (around 15 min walk). I strongly recommend this accomodation.

Located in the centre of Parikia, Kontaratos Studios & Apartments features air-conditioned units, just 200 metres from the sandy beach of Livadia. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout. All Kontaratos units are fully furnished. They all include air conditioning, LED TV and a fridge, while some also have a well-equipped kitchen with an oven.
