Tucked into private grounds within a farm settlement of five separate & individual homes, this agricultural barn conversion is a haven for nature lovers. Set in a cliff top location in Episkopi Village, is the perfect nature-friendly hut for families & loved ones. Each wonderful home can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the living room on a folding bed. The maximum capacity of each home is five guests. Events are allowed with prior notice & can take place on the shared area (where the shared playground is located) - given that all the five homes of the complex are booked (extra fees, event contract may be required, maximum guests for event up to three hundred) • Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning is included in all areas & serves for heating purposes also • A shared outdoor playground is also available outdoors for our younger guests • No pets allowed • Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

Koules Estate is located in the village of Episkopi. The village, with its ancient history and traditional ways of life, is an ideal place to learn about customs, traditions and experience an authentic rural life. Also in the village guests will find a regional taverna as well as a traditional cafe. In Garazo village, which is 10 minutes away by car, guests will find a super market for their daily needs.Perama town which is within 15 minutes driving you will find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 20 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches.
