The house is stone built. It has a total area of 70 m2. On the floor there is the main bedroom. On the ground floor there are two sofas and one sofa becomes a double bed. There is a wood burning fireplace. It has two WCs, a fridge, a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven and a small library. N. short - term R : 107496 The space The house is situated in a well-developed area of 5 acres, next to the village of Achladochori, full of olive trees and fruit trees. There are many facilities in the estate (and for children's activities hammocks, etc.) that can be used by guests. The surrounding area is stone-built and has several paved alleys, cobbled streets, benches, in levels. There are two stone tables, a barbecue and a wood oven. A covered loggia with a large wooden table where you sit & admire the Messinian Gulf and the Taygetos. There is a stone grape press, similar to the old. The estate is certified for the production of organic products. Guests can participate in the grape harvesting process. They can taste that fruit is mature at the time they live there. There is a complete lighting network for the whole estate and the possibility of full or discreet lighting. In the winter the fireplace is fed with our own olive trees.There is & a small tree house for our little friends.

I am an Architect and I live and work in Athens. This is the first time I am a host with booking. I will be very happy to welcome you to my family's cottage and estate in Achladochori, Messinia. The estate is next to Village but it is isolated. So no one disturbs those who live in it. The house is a new traditional farmhouse / villa, built in a farm where many agricultural products are produced that you can try for free. Guests may wish to participate in the crops and collection of our products and make use of all existing infrastructures. The property is located at a distance of 3 km from the sea, at an altitude of 250 m and is approximately 20 km from the airport of Kalamata and 25 km from the Kalamata Hospital. Lovely near Beaches: At 3 xlm - Kalamaki At 4.5 xlm - Helonaria. At 7 xm - Chrani. at 10 xlm - St. Andrew. Within 20 minutes to 45 minutes there are many other beautiful beaches.
