All doors open to the surrounding 90 degree balcony with outdoor furniture to sit and relax during the summer period from the rooms. Newly fitted canopy surrounds the balcony. The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed, while the adjacent bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms have wall to wall wardrobes with draws to lay out your clothes and store away your suitcase(s). Lefkas Apartment has air conditioning units to keep you cool during the hot summer days and warm on cooler nights. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. We live abroad in Wellington, New Zealand. I work as Pharmacy technican at a community pharmacy. Due to work commitments we try to travel as often as possible every few years to see family. The property is managed by Eleni, who will be your Host and point of contact during your stay.

An identical building block of 8 units of 5 buildings located in a cul-de-sac pathway. Easy few steps marble entry to (Apartment Π5 No 2) with sensory night light. Car parking is front facing the building (balcony front) our plum tree will be thriving to provide shade for your vehicle during summer. Neighboring apartment owners are quiet family and business orientated people. Siesta is a time between 2pm-5pm daily in Greece this is a time families relax and nap a few hours especially during peak season. Closest beaches less than a 15 minute drive, I personally found for my family ,the beaches Amogloussa, Kastro or Gira are ideal for younger children more low tide and shallow to walk in - these beaches are located near the swing bridge and further around the lagoon (try not miss the flamingoes in the lake June/July). Distance by car 2.5km approx. There are also swimming pools open to the public that allow visitors. Ideally you need a car to get around Lefkada if you’re here to visit villages or get to places. Buses are great but less frequent off peak. Walking to the main shopping centre to cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs is approximately 15 minutes away.
