Property information

Alkyoni apartment is 1' away from the Yacht Marina. The lovely view of the blue sea is so relaxing when our guests decide to go for a walk, have a coffee, or lunch in this magical scenery. Only 10' from the city center, the apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket just around the corner, a beauty salon next door, and a coffee shop a min away. If guests should decide to stay in the apartment they can cook their meal in a fully equipped kitchen, watch a movie or a football game on the satellite smart tv in the sitting room, or perhaps rest and relax in the aloe vera mattresses in the kingside beds in the 2 bedrooms. Alkyoni is a very cozy apartment, with modern furniture, decorated with beautiful paintings! We offer our guests aromatic, hypoallergenic amenities in the bathroom such as Hair and Body Shampoo and Conditioner. Of course, there are also available for our guests hand sanitizer and masks. The apartment's capacity is from 2-6 people, many families love to come and stay, couples use it as a base for excursions and a cozy nest to come back and rest and many businessmen use it as a friendly place for their meetings.

Neighbourhood information

There are plenty of things for Alkyoni's guests to do. The Archaeological Museum is only 2 blocks away. The Yacht Marina-where all the restaurants and coffee shops are is only 5' away from the apartment. If someone wants to go on shopping, the shopping center is 10' walking distance away! People can use a car or take a taxi and go to Mikrolimano, another beautiful area of Piraeus where they can eat fresh fish! By car is like 10' away. Many of our guests chose to swim in Votsalakia beach where at night a beautiful summer cinema is operating! A lot of our guests like to walk all the way across the seaside and go to Alexandras square where there are many coffee shops and the view is amazing! So many things to do and enjoy your holiday!
