3rd time at a Mitsis and as always the staff are excellent. They are extremely efficient and friendly. This was our 1st time at the Ramira but we stayed at the Mitsis Laguana twice before. The Ramira was not quite the same standard as the Laguna but we had the best time at the Ramira. First it's a great location right on the beach and had a nice breeze to take the edge off the heat. It's also close to Kos Town which made it convenient for days out and a change of scenery. I highly recommend renting a bike to cycle to Kos Town. It's only 4K, flat path and a cycle path all the way. It's all inclusive so there's no chance of being hungry. The dining room has a great selection of food. Highly recommend. In fact, we've booked again for next year.

The staff at this establishment is incredibly hardworking, and they have good managers available for escalations if needed. The drinks and food provided are also top-tier. Based on my experience, I would give them a rating of 10, as they deliver exactly what they promote throughout their description.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everywhere was clean, the room was cozy and also very clean, we had a sea view. Excellent and varied food and drinks. very good price-quality ratio, beautiful and well-maintained garden and swimming pools. A quieter location, but close to the main city. We thank Michalis for the excellent service on the terrace every evening. Greetings to the wonderful Janka from the hotel's souvenir shop, you will find everything there. The staff were so friendly and hardworking. Smiling constantly. They couldn't do enough. The food was fabulous, a wonderful, plentiful selection. Minibar stocked all the time. Towels for the pool were fantastic quality. Hotel was spotless.

Amazing staff at this hotel. I have never known such friendly people. Special recommendation to Eleni Kubolli. The food was varied and delicious. Drinks served all day at the pool by the lovely Alexandros. Entertainment was varied but very good. Management always around to keep things moving efficiently.

The staff of the hotel was amazing, they even upgraded our room and we got a private pool. Everything was well organised, nice food and drinks. The ladies cleaning the room were extremely nice. We really had a good time
