Three story house, of about 70 sqm. Built in 2008, fully functional, equipped and furnished, comfortable and clean, can accommodate up to 6 persons. Located in one of the best beaches of Preveza. Be ready to see some unforgettable sunsets!
I am a woman in love 'till now and for the rest of my life I hope.I love my family, my friends,my books, animals-especially dogs and I have two excellent children. I love people and life with their enchanting variety. I was a lawyer for about 30 years but now I am free and happy to be a grand mother. I like to live with books and jazz at my lovely house in Vrachos, the most beautiful beach in Greece. I have visited some European countries and I dream to travel again and again all over the world. Right next door there is a tavern and a super market is located at 500 m. The area has many cafes, restaurants, water sports facilities and is an ideal destination for families. The area is quiet, safe, with parking space in front of the house. The house is located in Vrachos beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, 35 km from Aktio Airport and 70 km from the port of Igoumenitsa. It is very close to famous destinations as Parga (30km), Paxos (daily cruises) Lefkada (55km) Acheron river, ancient Nicopolis. Major nearby cities are Preveza (32km), Ioannina (100 km) and Arta (50 km)
