A family-owned holiday home with an authentic summer vibe, only 150m from Platis Gialos beach and 10’ walking from the renowned beach club of Scorpios. This self-serviced villa is furnished throughout with enchanting simplicity, in a color palette of grey and white, this single storey villa has five or six steps linking rooms in its split-level layout. Equally ideal for family or friends, the villa has two en-suite double bedrooms and three ensuite twin bedrooms; a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances; and a greatly welcoming living room forming the heart of the house, with a dining area, comfy sofas, a smart TV and a great view. A door opens out from here to the sunny terrace, with inviting views of the Aegean Sea and a dining table for relaxing breakfast lunches or dinners, while the two sez long chairs offer an ideal spot to enjoy the colorful sunsets.

This self-serviced villa is located in a spectacular spot combining the serenity of a relaxed neighborhood, while at the same time is in a walking distance from 4 beaches, a great variety of restaurants and some of the most renowned beach clubs at the island, such as Scorpios and Nammos. - 3' walk to the Platys Gialos beach - 7' (beach walk) to the bus stop that takes you to the town (from there you can take other buses to go elsewhere) - 7'(beach walk) to the water bus that takes you to some of the beaches (Paranga, Paradise, Super Paradise, Agrari and Elia) - 10' walk to Paranga and Ag. Anna beaches - 5' walk to Scorpios at Paranga beach - 15' walk to Nammos at Psarrou beach For those who rent a car there is a free parking lot in the property, while those who choose to be car free there is a easy access to buses that drive you to town and beach buses that sail you to the most popular beaches, while you can always use private transfer services.
