Property information

Natassa Apartments is a complex of 8 modern and comfortable apartments with sea views located in a privileged corner of the picturesque harbor of Agia Efimia! It’s convenient and easy to walk into the village for shopping and dining whilst retaining enough distance to give you the peace needed to relax on vacation. The apartments are divided into 3 one-room studios (sleeps 2 people in each), 3 two-room studios (sleeps 3 people in each), 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people) and the penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace with terrific views (sleeps 5 people). All 8 apartments have a balcony with stunning sea and mountain views and a dining table, where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals al fresco, while watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Wake up early to enjoy amazing sunrises and come back to relax with unique full moon nights! The property is just 3 min away from the beach, where you can enjoy the blue green waters of the Ionian Sea and 5 min walk to the center of Agia Efimia offering all amenities.

Neighbourhood information

Natassa Apartments are located at a peaceful spot of Agia Efimia, which is a traditional fishing village, located on the north-eastern coast of Kefalonia, surrounded by the mountains to the west, north and south which form the beautiful Pylaros valley. Centered around the harbour and quayside this picturesque village is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island. There are many small family owned sea-side tavernas, cafes and restaurants where you can try local dishes. There are excellent amenities including a post office, pharmacy, ATM, and hair salon. Shopping is covered from groceries stores, bakeries and a butcher's delicatessen to tourist stores, jewelry shops and gift shops. Relax at one of the four beautiful white pebble beaches, surrounded by turquoise waters and white rocks or watch the flotillas and pleasure boats that moor up in the bustling harbour. You can explore the old village ruins and the Roman mosaic in the village or take one of the many day trips available from the village. The property is only 8km away from famous Myrtos beach and Lake Melissani, just 12km from unique Antisamos beach and Drogarati Cave.
