This newly built complex consists of 6 detached three-bedroom villas with private swimming pools is located just in front of the beach in Platanes resort in Rethymno. Blue Oyster Beach Villas (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6-7), is a newly built complex (2017) that consists of 6 individual villas located just in front of the beach in the well-known resort of Platanes Rethymno. It is waiting to offer you unforgettable holiday moments and comfortable accommodation in its ideal location for relaxing near the beach and all amenities.Entering the villa there is a living area on the left and an open plan fully equipped kitchen on the left as well as a dining area. French doors lead to the terrace where is comfortable patio furniture and a dining table where you can enjoy all meals of the day under the shaded pergola. Next to the pool which has a size of some 25 sqm, there are umbrellas and sunbeds.Further on there is a twin bedroom and a shower/WC. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is another twin beds bedroom with en suite shower/WC and a wonderful veranda with patio furniture and beautiful views of the Cretan Sea. On the lowest level of the villa, there is another twin beds bedroom and a shower/ WC as well as an open plan room where is table tennis.

Neighbourhood information

Just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach and the seafront and very close to all possible amenities of the famous Platanias area. Platanes or otherwise called Platanias is a beach that stretches from the Town of Rethymno in an easterly direction 5 to 6 kilometers away from the City of Rethymno with frequent buses that connect it to the rest of the island of Crete. It is a blue flag beach which means that the beach water has been tested and is very clean and clear. It is a coastal beach and very touristic as they are many hotels, apartments, supermarkets, travel agencies, pharmacy, bakeries, clothing shops, jewelry, fur shops, and car rental companies. There is nightlife as there are bars and coffee shops and tavernas which are open until the early hours. The location is ideal by the beach and close to all amenities as well as having access to the rest of the island of Crete!
