A London resident whose heart belongs to the enchanting allure of Paros and the Cyclades, as well as everything associated with the captivating world above and below the sea! There will be a dedicated property manager residing near the house will always be available and accessible to assist you with any requirements you may have. To ensure your comfort and convenience, you will also receive a comprehensive house manual (Google Doc) containing pertinent information and valuable advice about the house, the surrounding area, and the island of Paros. Introducing this exquisite beautiful house, newly constructed in 2019, boasting a 90m2 area with expansive balconies and terrace spaces, providing ample room for relaxation. With its capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers a comfortable stay. The villa is part of a small complex comprising 3 other houses, all sharing a pool. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled in the quiet countryside of eastern Paros, the house affords beautiful sea views overlooking Naxos. It is conveniently situated just an 8-minute drive away from Naoussa, nearby superpmarkets and delicious takeaway and dine-in restaurants, and the pretty beaches of Molos and Skalakia, while the port capital town of Parikia is a 20-minute drive away. The villa has been equipped with a state-of-the-art, hotel-grade Starlink satellite internet installation. This ensures reliability and speeds of up to 300mbps, providing seamless connectivity in all rooms and outdoor areas, making the house stand out in terms of its connectivity. Please note that in March 2024 construction has begun in the adjacent plot (in front of the pool) , which affects the pool views - please see most recent photo in the gallery.
