The newly-built house of 85m2 and the private garden of 80m2 available for you are ideal for families or friends who don’t want to miss the home comfort during the holidays. The house has two floors with totally 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the one floor, there is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom and WC. On the second floor, there is a second bathroom and WC, a big balcony and two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and has everything brand new. All the windows and balcony doors have a mosquito screen. All the rooms are air conditioned, there is a complete kitchen equipment, four flat-screen TVs (43 inches in living room and 32 inches in bedrooms) and a washing machine. In the garden there is a large table and a barbecue grill available for you. In front of the house, there are parking places that can be used free of charge. The house is located in the center of the village and only 400m from the beach (5 minutes walking).
