My villa is located in a very quiet complex of independent houses called "OLIVIERA", under the main road of Halkidiki and reaching the sea. My house is in the second row of houses, just 80 ms from the beach on foot. You will be swimming within a minute walk through the complex's private path. The house and the whole area is ideal for families, as well as for people who seek quiet and calm days by the sea and nature, The house and the whole surrounding area here are simple and modest, yet offering all comforts people need on holidays; There is a private outdoor areas where you can dine, have barbeque, and even sunbathe. The rooms of the house are modern and decorated with care. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms the one with a double bed and the second with two single beds , and one bathroom for the needs of the people staying in both rooms. On the middle floor there is an open space with a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is the third room, one bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the whole area.
