Very calm location, no noisy neighbours, no loud bars or pubs nearby. The only annoying noise in the evening comes from the nearby road but it's not such an issue (it cannot be heard inside the house, only in the garden). My wife didn't like it, though. Very pleasant house, equipped with everything one may need for a family vacation. Nice garden with enough space to park a car and areas where children can play; there's also a place here you can have lunch or dinner.
