The photographs of this villa do not do it justice. It is stunning. Feels very much like home with every utensil you will possible need for your stay. The fridge was well stocked there was even special bottle of wine , as I’d mentioned we would be celebrating our Anniversary whilst staying there. The outside is beautifully maintained. There is a stunning infinity pool which you will not want to get out of. Debbie the owner is one of a kind. Nothing is too much trouble for her., she went above and beyond. She went out and bought a pushchair for our granddaughter to save us bringing one with us. We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary whilst there and she came by specially with baked gifts. A truly magical place . We shall never forget what a wonderful time we spent here as a family.

Phillyrėa Luxury Villas consists of villa Dåphne and villa Olėa. Each villa has it’ s own, separate, private entrance, private parking area, private infinity pool, private gardens, free AC, WiFi and laptop safe boxes and only 1,2 km from the city centre and a 10' walk away! Villa Dåphne of 420 m2 (cap. up to 8 pax. +1 child.), with a sea, mountain and city view , features a private infinity pool, a hammock, private terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 large flat screen Smart HD TVs, a very large kitchen, 3 very spacious living rooms, a dining area, a gym, a BBQ area, children's toys and a mini football pitch. All elements and furniture are high end brands. Villa Olėa of 80 m2 (up to 4 pax + 1 child ) surrounded by olive trees, features a private pool, private patio, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full equipped and well organized installed kitchen with dining table, a living room with a large sofa bed and 1 flat screen Smart HD 43”TV. The distance from the city centre is just a 3’drive.The distance from the city centre is just a 3'drive and 10; walk away! The architecture of both villas is contemporary, newly renovated in July 2022. The spacious rooms, the high end furniture, the generous facilities, amenities and fully equipped kitchens enhance the feeling of luxury and practicality. It's natural beauty, the sun, the sea, the beaches and the enchanting simple way of life has captivated me and made me realise that happiness is found in simple, ordinary things we enjoy on a daily bases.. Meeting friends spontaneously, taking a walk along the sunkissed sea, enjoying fresh, local food and wine are a balm for the soul.. A small island but so rich in history, beautiful nature, aromas and flavours.. As a hostess I would love to guide you and be by your side as you experience and enjoy this simple way of life that motivates one to appreciate simple but so significant things in life, leading to happiness and fulfilment...
The Phillyrėa Luxury Villas, Dåphne and Olėa, are situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Ampavris in the countryside, on the outskirts of Kos Town. The distance from the city centre (1,5 km) is just a 3’drive by car, 20’ on foot or a 5’ bike ride! Nature lovers will love the location as it is in the country side with many local bushes and trees making morning or late afterrnoon walks so refreshing.P Interesting places to visit within wakling distance are, the Panagia Tsoukalaria woods, Platani, Ag. Nektarios Monestry , Kos Town city centre. Other local attractions nearby are:the Asklepion, central Plateia Elefterias with the Market and Archaeological Museum, the Old Town, Kos Harbour and the medieval Castle.
