Το ακίνητο είναι μονοκατοικία με εσωτερική αυλή 100 τ.μ. και ταράτσα 25 τ.μ. με μερική θέα προς θάλασσα και βουνό. Η μονοκατοικία είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με τηλεόραση, κλιματισμό και μεγάλη ευρύχωρη ντουλάπα καθώς όλα τα απαραίτητα οικιακά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Τέλος το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρο με μεγάλη ντουζιέρα, καμπίνα κρυστάλλου και εγκατάσταση υδρομασάζ.
Ιδιωτικός υπάλληλος εταιρείας Συμβούλων Επιχειρήσεων, μου αρέσουν τα ταξίδια, αγαπώ τη φύση, τον κινηματογράφο και το διάβασμα. Ιδιαίτερα κοινωνικός, φιλικός και φιλόξενος, προσπαθώ πάντα να δίνω τον καλύτερο μου εαυτό σε οτιδήποτε κάνω. Κατά τη διάρκεια της καλοκαιρινής περιόδου θα βρίσκομαι στο νησί διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί ο επισκέπτης είτε τηλεφωνικώς είτε ακόμα και δια ζώσης.
Το ακίνητο βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Σκοπέλου, σε όμορφη γραφική και ήσυχη γειτονιά, 300 μέτρα από το κέντρο του νησιού, την κεντρική παραλία της Σκοπέλου καθώς και τα εστιατόρια, τα τουριστικά και εμπορικά καταστήματα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το ακίνητο βρίσκεται μινι – μάρκετ (50 μ.), φούρνος (200 μ.) καθώς και ελέυθερο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ (100 μ.) το οποίο και είναι διαθέσιμο κατά τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Το ακίνητο βρίσκεται περίπου 350 μέτρα από τη στάση των τοπικών λεωφορείων και ταξί προς διευκόλυνση στη μετακίνηση των επισκεπτών κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής τους στο νησί. Η μετακίνηση προς άλλους οικισμούς και παραλίες του νησιού πραγματοποείται με αυτοκίνητο, μηχανάκι ή την τοπική συγκοινωνία.
