The flat is located in the heart of Greece’s biggest and busiest port. With only 10 min walking distance from The main port gates and only 1-2 min from the newly opened subway station of “Maniatika”, plus a number of bus routes available connecting the area with the center of pireas and Athens, the residents have access to any place almost all day. In addition, many super markets as well as pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants are all within 5 min distance. The flat is recently renovated entirely and has a minimalistic style. For extra Secutity, CCTV operates 24/7 (in the exterior and inside the building’s main entrance and the staircase - no cameras are located inside the actual flat). The flat has also a fortified door in place.
Easy to communicate. Always willing to solve any issue and answer any question. Me with my associates we will try to offer you a pleasant and easy stay in our city.
A Safe place which combines new and old houses and streets reminding the more traditional parts of Greece in conjunction with a modernised version of it.
