Nestled on the north coast of the enchanting island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Palaiokastro, the Rocca al Mare Seaside Villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each boasting its own private swimming pool. The hillside location of the complex allows guests to indulge in breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the nearby city of Heraklion, situated just 15 km away. Just beneath your feet, a charming cove awaits, inviting you for a refreshing swim, accessible via an exterior staircase. Moreover, there are several other nearby beaches, with the closest one just a brief 2-minute drive (1.7 km) away. The complex offers 3 Villas, all of which have their own private swimming pool, BBQ facilities and enjoy beautiful, unobstructed sea views. - Villa with sea view / Villa Alegria / 3 bedrooms - Standard villa / Villa Infinity / 2 bedrooms & an attic - Two bedroom villa / Villa Euphoria / 2 bedrooms -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 1,50 euros per night from March to October and 0,50 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa. - Please also note that each additional guest from the 5th person is charged 30 euros extra per day

Rocca al Mare Seaside Villas are located close to Palaiokastro, on the north coast of the island of Crete, close to Heraklion town (which is only 15 km away) and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 2 minutes drive (1,7 km). Palaiokastro, due to its panoramic location is characterised as the “Balcony of Heraklion” offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea! The amphitheatre style construction of these wonderful villas, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the famous Dia’s Island. The nearest beaches are Palaiokastro, Pantantassa and Helidoni. Just a short drive away from the Villas you can also find several tavernas, super market and pharmacy. In the nearby locations of Gazi and Ammoudara guests can find all daily amenities, such as large super markets, gas station, ATM machine, butcher, fish monger and many more. Additionally there are many places that can be easily visited from the villa and attractive for daily entertainment for families with children such as a water park, the Cretaquarium, Planetarium, dinosaurs theme park etc.
