The host (Vera) was fantastic and extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and located centrally in Argostoli. The daily breakfast served to the room was delicious especially considering the added requested coffees that Vera very kindly arranged for us. Karisto Vera ;-)

Welcoming everyone with respect, generosity and care! Make yourself at home in our perfectly located and comfortable apartments in the picturesque Argostoli city, right at the foot of the romantic coastal street and within walking distance of some of the most beautiful sceneries you can find in the city and all famous landmarks. The combination of hospitality and personality of the proprietor, with spotless facilities and location complete the winning combination for many years. Staying at Apartments Rouchotas has many advantages: daily cleaning of the apartments, pillows menu, breakfast are just some of them. The parking lot is in front of the hotel, and the supermarket and ATM are in the building itself. Across the street from our building is the local bus station. A regular bus line connects the city and the closest and most beautiful beaches of this part of the island: Makris Gialos, Costa Costa Beach, and Platis Gialos. Apartments Rouchotas are located on the second and third floors of an architecturally typical Kefalonian building with an elevator. On the ground floor, in addition to the reception, there is also a Kids Corner: the safe place for our youngest guests. On our balconies, you can enjoy the morning, a new, sunny day in the atmosphere of everyday life in the port of Argostoli, and watch people and beautiful yachts and ships from all over the world.

Baby and children’s equipment is something that sets us apart from others. Parents have at their disposal a cot with a mattress and bedding, a chair for feeding the baby, a bathtub and a bed for bathing, a stroller, a blender as well as dishes for preparing meals. For slightly older children, a children’s toilet board is provided, as well as a stopper for the sink. In our library, you can find books in Serbian, English, French, Italian, and Greek for all ages and tastes. We are animal lovers. Your pets are welcome and there is no charge for the service. Of course, we also have beds for them, food containers as well as welcome cookies!

Rouchotas Apartments are a complex of nine apartments with reception, on the second and third floor of a building with an elevator, overlooking the sea or the city. The apartments have balconies with mosquito nets, which are protected by awnings and equipped with balcony furniture. Wi-Fi connection, use of air conditioning, and safety box are free of charge. The kitchens are modernly equipped with Bosch ceramic hobs, ovens, and refrigerators. Also, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus strainer, and a filter coffee machine can be found in each apartment. Dishes, as well as complete utensils for preparing food, will allow you to prepare meals like at home. In the closets, you will find disposable tablecloths as well as a kitchen towel. Other electrical appliances are available on request. The location, the comfort, and our investment for our guests to be pleased make our apartments unique.

Near our house, you can see the turtle species Carreta Carreta fed by fishermen. Right a few streets from it, you can visit The Corgialenios Museum where you can discover the unique past of our beautiful island.
