The apartment is located in an apartment complex in a small street just across the Athenian Riviera. This property is ideal for families, couples and friends looking to relax and enjoy the sea or explore the historic center of Athens just 25' away by bus. The apartment features a huge (100 square meters) veranda with a stunning view to the sea, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The bedroom has that very same view, making it very difficult for the guests to keep their eyes off the sea.

The apartment is located in the area "Kalamaki" or "Alimos". The major advantage of the neighborhood is its location, just across the sea shore and the beach. You can enjoy your coffee at the apartment's veranda or visit one of the many cafes and beach bar-restaurants and have your drink right on the sand. The area is connected to the city centre, by bus (aprox. half an hour) or by tram (aprox 45'). Kalamaki is a rather quiet and not as touristy region. Full market exists in the neighborhood (supermarkets, cafe, restaurants, laundry, hairdressers). For our little guests, there is a playground available, just across the street. Bicycles for renting for the public, (from the municipality of Alimos), just a few meters away. The bus stop is 2' on foot and the Tram station is also very close. You can take A2 and B2 bus lines to reach the center of Athens in less than 30'. It is not difficult to find parking in the neighborhood especially at night. Free street Parking (upon availability).
