Imagine cretan-cooked suppers after a day splashing about in the swimming pool until well past bedtime...you'll fall in love with this stylishly handsome home and wish your holiday could last forever and a day.  The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed (1,60x2,00) and direct access to the outdoor area. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, featuring a shower. The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, both of them featuring semi-double beds (1,40x2,00) that can accommodate up to 2 guests each in real beds. The bedrooms are lightened up with natural light from the windows. What’s more, each of the bedrooms feature a door that leads to a spacious veranda with countryside views. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring a shower. The creative spirit is evident throughout the stylishly furnished home. With country-styled sophistication and homely touches, a stay at Tessera Villa will delight and inspire. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed.

Our guests will find all the amenities will need during their self-catered holiday, within walking distance from the Villa (just 300 metres away from the square of the village) with local taverns, several cafes, super market, bakery, butchers shop, pharmacy and several shops with souvenirs. Additionally, the health centre of Spili is located within 2 minutes driving from the villa. (approximately 550 metres) What’s more the village is a crossroad between the north and south coasts, and the beaches of Preveli, Plakias, Agia Foteini, Trioperta and Agia Galini on the south. Also Plakias is a popular tourist resort and can be found within 28 minutes away from the villa by car. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, it now offers a range of amenities. Plakias is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.
