The host contacted us a few hours before our arrival. He was already expecting us at the time of our arrival. He was very nice, recommended the best beaches in Lefkada, explained how to get there, recommended the best restaurants and bars and recommended where to shop. The apartment, despite being "standard", was very nice and very well equipped. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine and also an iron in the apartment. In addition, the apartment had a nice view. The apartment is located in the picturesque original Greek village of Exantheia at 550 meters above sea level. If it was 33°C by the sea on the beach, it was more than 7°C lower in the apartment. The apartment had air conditioning, but it was not needed at all. Very close in the village (about 200m) was the amazing restaurant and bar Rache. I definitely recommend the apartment.
