The villa was lovely, in a peaceful setting with amazing views. The villa had everything we could wish for. David and Dimitra were true angels that helped us with any query and request, they even jumped in and helped us as last minute drivers to the ferry, when a taxi was no where to be found. Fully equipped kitchen, amazing pool and beautiful interior.

Villa Location The Boatyard Luxury Villa is located on the beautiful Island of Aegina which is a short ferry ride from the main port of Piraeus. The villa is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Pachio Rachi which is approximately 5km drive from the centre of Aegina. The Space Completely renovated in 2020 and decorated to a very high standard by the owner and interior designer Christos. The internal space consists of 130sq metres boasting 3 double ensuite bedrooms with premium quality mattress’s linen pillows and towels. The living room area and kitchen are decorated to a very high elegant standard and overlooking stunning views of the Saronic gulf and surrounding Peloponnese, walking from the living room gives you access directly into the infinity pool. There is an additional double bedroom studio adjacent to the main villa which can be booked independently or with the villa. Scenic views Sea, mountain and city skyline views.
Attractions The old village of Pachia Rachi, then walk/hike to the highest point of Aegina and visit the ruins of the temple of Zeus on the way to the summit to the church of Prophitis Ilias at Ellanio Oros. The monastery of Agios Nektarios located in the centre of the island is the island's biggest attraction. On the north side of the island is the temple of Afaia known for being one of the most popular temples in Greece. Take a 10 minute boat trip from Perdika to the uninhabited island of Moni where you can enjoy swimming in beautiful turquoise waters
