i Love being a property manager and welcome guests to this or other properties that I handle. I want the guests holiday to be a very good one and make the whole experience an easy and pleasant one. To that end, I can help by arranging pick up at the airport, booking their ferry bat tickets for them, help guests book a rental car on the island and show them the way to the property. If guests want a pre packed fridge we can arrange that for them.

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. The Garden house is located in the area of Vourkari and is ideal for those that want to be close to the restaurants, cafes and bars. Description: The property is on two levels. The ground floor has a large master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. On this level there are another two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the the first floor there is a large veranda with a dining area and outside the ground floor a shaded seating and dining area. At the back of the house there is a terraced garden with two stone built seating and dining areas.

Korissia - the Port. The port has 2 bakeries, a supermarket, chemist, ice cream ship, pizza, bars,a fishmongers, a butchers, cafes, restaurants. At night they close the road and the tables from the restuarants, cafes and bars are placed right up to the end of the pier, offering a fantastic sea view. You can even buy fresh fish straight from the local fishing trawlers and fresh vegetables off the back of a farmers truck. Vourkari - The picturesque Marina. Vourkari is 2 minutes by car from the Port. Vourkari has some well known fish taverans, some bars, cafes, an ice cream shop, a mini market and some boutiques. You can find some fresh fish here or enjoy a meal of lobster spaghetti, a well known delicacy of one of the restaurants. Vourkari, like Korissia have quite a busy night life.
