It is a spacious and bright house that can host 4 people. It’s ideal for families, 350 metres from sandy beach, built on a hill with magnificent sea and mountain views. It consists of 3 levels, living room on the first, kitchen on the second and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the third. The modern kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds on the other bedroom. All the spaces are air conditioned with large double windows and have balconies with stunning view. The best part of the property is the outside veranda with dining area and umbrella!

The location advantage! The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation. The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 250 metres from the house. Sfakaki is the most suitable destination to explore the beaches of north Crete! ! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long! Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants.
